When you visit the Dominican Republic, there are 3 things you should take with you home: Dominican cigars, Dominican rum and Dominican coffee. Here is your chance to buy all three items at the same time…and maybe a little extra.
At Don Lucas Cigars we will show you exactly how a good cigar is hand rolled. We will pick you up at your hotel in one of our comfortable, air conditioned minivans.
Once we arrive, our guide will share with you his knowledge of the cigar making process – from when the tobacco seed is sown until the finished cigar is ready to be enjoyed. You will also be invited to try one of the cigar center’s own cigars (Domingo Cigars), which you can enjoy with a genuine Dominican drink: the Mama Juana which is also known as Dominican Viagra!
Afterwards you will have plenty of time to pick out your favorite cigar at the shop – choose between the cigar center’s own brand for an especially low price or any other major Cuban or Dominican brand. You will also have time to look inside the nearby shops where you can buy paintings, sculptures, jewelry, cigarettes, shoes, clothes, etc. On the way back to your hotel, we will make a quick stop at the local supermarket to buy Dominican rum, coffee, etc.
