Paradise Island, located in the middle of the ocean
close to the village of Punta Rusia, surrounded by white

Enjoy a beautiful day on board the
"Banana Republic" catamaran.
A slow sail to Sosua bay begins the day. Once in the
bay you may snorkel
the beautiful coral reef. Enjoy a delicious lunch and
snacks before you begin the sail
back to the meeting point.

Experience a completely
different side of the island with a visit to the Dominican
Alps. Salto de Jimenoa is the name used by the
locals on a 100 meters cascade that crashes into a rock
pool large enough to swim.
Travel through the
beautiful Dominican Alps to Santiago de los Caballeros,
the second largest city in the Dominican Republic located
in the Cibao Valley , the most fertile valley in the
Caribbean.
There you will visit
a cigar factory and the famous Monument a Los Heroes.
Then we come back
along the tourist highway and cross the mountain range,
you can take pictures of beautiful landscapes and visit
the waterfalls on jeep.
The highlights of
the day are having the time to explore this lovely mountain
retreat and taking a ride on a 4-wheel-drive jeep
to the towering Jimenoa waterfall with the chance for
a cooling dip in the large plunge pool. Snatch
a bargain at the ceramic factory. A tasty Dominican
buffet lunch is served at the ranch. This tour includes
approx. 20 minutes of walking over uneven ground including
2 wooden bridges; suitable footwear/moderate fitness
required.

opportunity to climb to the 7th fall of this impressive
28 cascade waterfall. Some swimming skills are advantageous.
Guides at the waterfalls are included. A great day!
Our route starts
when we entry San Marco´s rural streets, situated
right in the bottom of Isabel de Torres Mountain, where
you can see the breathtaking view of the forrest, the
mountain and the atlantic ocean. Our first stop is La
Guaíta, wich is a tropical garden for sightseeing,
then we drive to the rock facktory for souvenir buying
and handcrafting. Our Journey continius to La Cocina
Dominicana, where you´ll get to try a tastefull
coffee from our lands. La finca ganadera is our third
stop, you will be able to see our cows and ride our
famous bull, Toro Zebu. Lunch time is here, let´s
go to the tipical lunch to our rural restaurant, after
45 minutes, we finaly get to the attraction point wich
is Los 28 Charcos de Damajagua, where we are able to
walk through the river before start going up until the
7th. Jump, where you can jump and slide in each and
every one of it.

for about an hour on board a boat meandering through
the mangroves until you reach the coral reef and La

Caletón beach and Playa Grande (one of the most
beautiful beaches of the north coast) are also on the
agenda.
Personal guides take you on a culture and scenic tour
of Playa Grande irrefutably the most beautiful beach
on the north coast. The Blue Lagoon tour is a very popular,
fun and scenic tour you should not miss.
You will enjoy the
motor launch ride through the mangroves and the crystal-clear
waters of the Gri-Gri Lagoon, noted for its rich bird
life. A buffet lunch is served at a typical village
restaurant and a chance to wander through the adjacent
small plantation to see and taste the great variety
of tropical fruits that grow here. We continue
the short drive to the beach of Playa Grande, a long,
long stretch of soft pale sand lapped by turquoise waters.
This is the perfect spot for stretching out and topping
up the suntan or maybe some body surfing if the waves
are up.
